RIP Frank McCourt

No Kelly Monday today. Today we mourn a great novelist, superlative human being. A lowly teacher. Imagaine that--not a video vixen writing a "franchise." A teacher, who inspired millions.

Bravo Francis. Bravo. Many folks couldn't care less unless you could appear on The Wendy Williams Show. But I do.

Professor I will never profess to be the man of letters you have become.... BUT I appreciate all you bring to light from the literary world.

The passing of great writers whether McCourt, Updike, or Crichton while tragic reminds us that art remains timeless for us and future generations to ponder and appreciate...

Thanks once again for allowing us an occasional a peak into that idiosyncratic psyche of yours!!! :)

He was a great author and apparently a very kind person.
